You only need 3 simple ingredients and a few minutes to make this easy Air Fryer S’Mores Dip that will be loved by the whole family. No campfire or fire pit is needed, so you can enjoy the delectable flavors of smores all year long!

Love s’mores? Then this gooey S’Mores Dip is one to try today. Who doesn’t love something creamy and gooey, sweet and crunchy all in one mouthful??? 

You only need 3 simple ingredients and just a few minutes for this incredible quick to make dessert dip. Plus this fun treat is so easy to whip up that the kids can make this by themselves.

Ingredient Notes

  • Chocolate – use the variety of your choice, such as milk chocolate chips, semi sweet chocolate, or chopped chocolate bars like Hershey bars.
  • Marshmallows – this recipe calls for mini marshmallows, but you can use cut up large marshmallows or jumbo marshmallows.
  • Graham Crackers – or use other crunchy cookies or crackers instead.

Air Fryer Smores Dip

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (170g) milk chocolate chips
  • 1 ¼ cup (75g) mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers
  • for serving – graham crackers and fruit

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C.
  2. Evenly layer the chocolate chips in a non-stick baking dish or individual ramekins.
  3. Sprinkle the broken up graham crackers on top of the chocoloate, then top with mini marshmallows.
  4. Place into the Air Fryer basket and air fry for about 4-5 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown and chocolate is melted.
  5. Carefully remove s’mores dip and serve immediately with graham crackers or other dippers.

Oven Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C.
  2. Pour chocolate chips in a even layer into a non stick baking dish, cast iron skillet, or ramekins.
  3. Sprinkle the broken up graham crackers and stire to combine.
  4. Place into preheated oven and bake for 3-4 minutes, until chocolate is fully melted.
  5. Add the marshmallow on top of the melted chocolate and bake for a couple more minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  6. Carefully remove s’mores dip and serve immediately with graham crackers or other dippers.

Notes

  • For the best experience, serve this dip immediately while hot so the marshmallows don’t harden as the dip cools down.
  • If you want to use jumbo marshmallows or regular sized marshmallows, then cut them into smaller pieces.
  • Keep an eye on the toasted marshmallows as they burn really easily.
  • Semi-sweet chips do not melt as well as milk chocolate chips.
  • You can make this in individual portions for easier serving.
