Notes

Granny Smith apples are the best choice for these. They are tart and work better with the sweetness of the graham cracker crumbs. Red or Golden Delicious apples do not hold up well when cooking. These are best served right out of the air fryer, they do not reheat well due to the moisture in the apples.
