Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 pound brussels sprouts, halved
  • spray canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 5 slices center cut bacon

Instructions

  1. place brussels sprouts in bowl and spray with a couple of spritzes of oil until just lightly coated
  2. Toss with lemon pepper seasoning
  3. stack bacon and cut strips in half lengthwise and widthwise so that each pieces becomes 4 pieces
  4. wrap each Brussels sprout half with a piece of the bacon and place seam side down in air fryer
  5. place in air fryer at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes depending on size of sprouts, checking every 5 minutes until tender

Notes

  • check your lemon pepper seasoning for salt – if no salt included add 1/2 teaspoon
  • you can often find bags of halved Brussels sprouts in the produce department as a time-saver, if not simply cut off ends and then slice and then remove loose outer leaves
  • no need to secure bacon with toothpicks just wrap and place seam side down, it will shrink when cooking and stay on sprouts
