Air fryer Bacon Wrapped Pickles. Yes, you read that right. The two most amazing foods ever invented, pickles and bacon, combined to make a mouthwatering appetizer or snack! The air fryer makes it so easy to make this crowd-pleasing appetizer. Complete with a Cajun ranch dipping sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Bacon – I recommend using center cut bacon, regular, or thin cut bacon. Thick cut bacon takes a longer time to cook and could make the pickles soggy.
  • Dill Pickle Spears – These will need to be the precut pickle spears.
  • Cajun Ranch Sauce: Ranch dressing, Cajun seasoning.

Air Fryer Instructions:

1. Make the sauce: To a small bowl, mix together the ranch dressing and Cajun seasoning. Cover and store in refrigerator while you finish making the bacon wrapped pickles.

2. Make the Bacon Wrapped Pickles: Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 12 minutes.

3. Pat the pickle spears dry with a paper towel on all sides.

4. Wrap each pickle spear in a slice of bacon.

5. Place the pickles in the air fryer, in a single layer, and cook for 12 minutes until the bacon is crispy. Check on them halfway through and rotate around for even cooking if needed.

6. Once done, remove the pickles from the air fryer and onto a paper towel lined plate. Let cool, then enjoy with Cajun ranch dipping sauce (or a low carb dipping sauce if you prefer).
