Air Fryer Dehydrated Blueberries

Air Fryer Dehydrated Blueberries are a crunchy, sweet, quick dessert, healthy granola add-in, yogurt topping, or snack. This recipe provides oven and dehydrator instructions, too!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry blueberries.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 180 degrees F. If your air fryer only goes down to 200 degrees, preheat to 200.
  3. Remove the basket from the air fryer. Add a piece of parchment paper cut to fit the base.
  4. Add the blueberries in an even single layer and air fry for 6 to 8 hours, or until completely dried, shaking occasionally.
  5. When the blueberries are fully dehydrated, remove from the air fryer basket and serve or store for later use.
