Air Fryer Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter

Succulent lobster tails cooked in the air fryer are perfectly juicy on the inside and irresistibly crispy on the outside.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lobster tails 4 to 6 ounces
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill

Instructions

  1. Wash the lobster tails and use scissors to make cuts on top. Take the tail out and place it on top of the shell.
  2. Mix together the melted butter, garlic, pepper and salt. Brush some of the mixture on the two lobster tails, reserving a little for serving.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350 F. Place tails in a basket. Air fry the lobster tails for 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with the remaining garlic butter and garnish with chopped dill. Serve warm.

Notes

You can easily swap fresh parsley or basil for the dill.
