Air fryer Melt in Your Mouth Chicken

This recipe will have juicy chicken breasts ready in no time.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts 3-4 breasts
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • ¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper or to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken breasts and place them in the air fryer.
  4. Cook 16-19 minutes (or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F).

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator in a covered container for up to 4 days.
  • Reheat in the air fryer or bake pieces wrapped in foil in the oven until warmed through.
  • Portion out and freeze leftover MIYM chicken in zippered bags for up to 8 weeks and use as needed.
