Ingredients For Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken

  • Thin-sliced, skinless, boneless, chicken breasts
  • Lite mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • Mustard powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Panko breadcrumbs

How To Make Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390 F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the mayo, mustard powder, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Make the breading: in a shallow dish combine the Panko breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
  4. Brush the chicken breasts on both sides with the mayo mixture.
  5. Coat the chicken breasts on both sides with the breading mixture. Shake off the excess.

Air fry the chicken breasts for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.

Can I Prepare This Dish Ahead Of Time?

You can brush the mayo mixture on the chicken and place it in an airtight container in the fridge overnight. It is recommended to air fry the chicken just prior to serving to retain the crispiness. If you cook it ahead of time, it may not be as crispy once reheated.
