Tips for Pork Loin in the Air Fryer
Meat thermometer – We want the loin to reach an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F.
Let the pork rest before slicing. This helps to keep the juices in so the meat doesn’t dry out.
1 1/2 lb pork loin
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon course salt
Remove any excess fat from pork loin. Pat dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, stir together Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Pierce loin all over with a fork. Rub olive oil over pork and then rub seasoning mixture all over.
Place pork in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees F for 18-20 minutes. Make sure that internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees F.
Carefully remove pork loin and loosely cover with foil. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
