Made in minutes in AF, I love how these 5-ingredient golden puffy buns rise to a jaw-dropping height and shape.

My kids were obsessed and requested them for Christmas

Here is a recipe for Yorkshire pudding made in an air fryer:

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
3 large eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
Brush the bottom of a muffin tin with the vegetable oil. Pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.
Place the muffin tin in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, until the puddings are puffed up and golden brown.
Serve immediately, with roast beef or your preferred accompaniment.

Optional: You can also add herbs, cheese, or other flavorings to the batter before cooking, if desired. Enjoy!
