meatballs:
2.5 lbs of hamburger meat
1/4 cup uncooked rice
Cilantro
Shredded carrots
Half shredded onion
Oregano
Cumin
Salt
Pepper
1 egg
Mix all ingredients together and make your meat balls about an inch big

Veggies:
Dice 4 potatoes in to 1/4 inch cubes
Cut about 15 any carrots in half
1/4 of a cabbage sized into 1/4 inch cubes
(Cuts dont have to be exact just giving you an idea of how big)

Sauce/broth:
6 roma tomatoes cut into 4’s
Half onion cut into cubes
2 garlic cloves
3tblspn Chicken bouillon
Salt
Pepper
1 tblspn oil
Get oil hot in a pan add all ingredients except the chicken bouillon. Once tomatoes are soft add all ingredients to blender add 1 1/2 8 oz cans of tomato sauce and the 3 tblsp chicken bouillon……blend

In a big pot add about 6-8cups water add the mixture from the blender and let it come to a boil…. once boiling add meat balls and all the diced veggies and cook for 25-30 mins
