This easy recipe for biscuits made on the Blackstone Griddle is delicious and super easy to make!!

Ingredients

1 package Biscuits
1 TBS oil

Instructions

Preheat the griddle on a lower to medium heat and before placing the biscuits on the griddle, give it a good coat of oil.The place some sort of cover over your biscuits to help trap heat inside the cover and “bake” the biscuits further. This will take about 10-15 minutes under the cover. About halfway through, make sure to flip the biscuits on the rack, so you do not burn one side of the biscuit.
Place the biscuits on the griddle to brown each side. This will only take a couple of minutes on each side but check the bottom of your biscuits regularly. Once both sides are browned, place on a metal rack above the griddle.
