Ingredients
– 4-6 Roma Tomatoes
– 1/4 Cup Beef Broth
– 4-5 Chile de Arbol
– 1 medium onion (diced)
– 3 medium yellow potatoes (cubed)
– 1.5 lbs steak (coated in cornstarch)
– Any seasonings you like! I used cumin, salt, garlic powder, & pepper!

Blend tomatoes & chiles together, add beef stock, along with all of the seasonings. After cutting your steak into bite sized pieces, cook the steak for a few minutes on each side, then pour the blended mixture in your pan! Lastly you will add your potatoes and onion, simmer for about 20 minutes or until potatoes soften!

Rice & Beans
1 cup of toasted rice, half an onion, 2 cups of water with tomato buillion, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt! I usually cook my rice on low for about 18 minutes, never lifting the lid!
I didn’t have time to make beans, I used canned.
