1 rotisserie chicken (shredded)
4 Chipotle peppers (add more or less for spice)
1 cup chopped onions
1 tsp minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c chicken broth
Directions: •Blend 4 chilis with tomato sauce and chicken broth. •saute onions and garlic until soft •add blended chilis to onions until it simmers • add shredded chicken to mixture and heat for 10 minutes until well blended
