Make this easy air fryer garlic bread with a baguette, olive oil, garlic and parsley. The perfect side for any meal, especially with pasta, spaghetti or lasagna!
Ingredients
½ cup olive oil or melted butter
4-5 garlic cloves, minced or 4 tbsp pre-minced canned garlic
4 tbsp parsley chopped
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese optional
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese optional
2 tbsp Italian spices optional
½ French baguette or rustic Italian bread loaf
Instructions
Slice baguette into ½ inch pieces. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix garlic, oil (or butter), and parsley. Spread onto bread using a kitchen brush.
Optional: add cheeses and Italian herbs to a bowl and mix. Add to top garlic bread.
Add bread slices to air fryer and cook at 350°F for 4-5 minutes, then an additional 2-3 minutes as necessary- be sure to check on bread after about 4 minutes, then every 2 minutes thereafter.
Cook from frozen
Cook frozen garlic bread beginning at 325°F for approximately 3 minutes, then 350°F for an additional 3 minutes. Check frequently.

Storage
Store in a refrigerated, air-tight container for up to 3 days after cooking. Alternatively, you may freeze for up to a month in a tightly sealed freezer bag.
