FOR THE SUPER EASY CAKE

Ingredients
3 eggs

5 tablespoons melted butter

5 tablespoons full of brown sugar

1/2 cup whole or vegetable milk

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 and 1/2 cup oatmeal flour

1 tablespoon powder to bake.

How to prepare:
Beat in the blender all liquid ingredients for about 3 minutes, then add the dry ones (minus the yeast)

and beat again until everything blends add the yeast and mix again, grease a pan with butter and cocoa in dust and pour the dough, bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes!

For the super bright and velvety chocolate ganache: 300 grams of chocolate 60 % cocoa + 2 boxes of cream,

melts the two ingredients in the microwave every 30 seconds stirring constantly, when everything melts add one Spoonful Butter and stir well, move away.

To ride:
Cut the cake into three equal parts and fill all the layers with the super creamy ganache, the rest of the remaining ganache passes on the sides of the cake, let it freeze for 10 minutes!
