* Preparation steps :

Preparation: 25 minutes › Cooking: 45 minutes › Preparation: 1 hour 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 375°C (190°C). Line a baking tray with the first sheet of dough.
Heat skillet on high heat. Add butter, beef, sweet potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, onions, ½ tsp. Onion-powder-with-salt add. Heat, stirring, until meat is evenly cooked through, about 10 minutes. Transfer it to a baking dish.
In a small saucepan, whisk together beer and brown sauce mixture, 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder, thyme and pepper. Heat over low heat, stirring, until sauce thickens, 5 minutes. Pour over meat mixture.
Lay the second dough sheet on top, close the edges and cut them, then make 2-3 small slits on the top of the pie.
Bake in the oven until pastry is golden and meat is tender, about 45-50 minutes.

Enjoy !
