Tamale pie:

• 1 box corn bread mix prepared add in 1/2 to 1 cup of shredded cheese
• more cheese (seriously chesse is amazing)
• 2 chicken breast
• 1 bullion cube (your choice on flavor, I used chicken tomato)
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder
• 1 tablespoon chili powder (add more for more kick)
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup water or cooking liquid
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 tablespoon flour

Heat oven to 400° F

• Mix spices together and Season your chicken
• You can either boil or saute your chicken. Cook however makes it easiest to shred for you. (TBH my chicken was frozen so I coverd it in the seasonings and cooked in my insta pot with 1/2 cup water then used the liquid later)
• shred chicken and set into a pan with butter.
