Vietnamese Avocado Smoothie Recipe

Thick, creamy, and refreshing, this Vietnamese Avocado Smoothie is a sweet treat that only requires a handful of ingredients! It’s easy to make and tastes just like what you’d get at a restaurant. It comes together in a flash in the blender.

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • ½ to cup milk, or more for a thinner smoothie
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup ice

Instructions

  1. Add everything into a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.

Notes

This makes 2 small servings or 1 big one. I usually just drink it all myself but it’s very rich and filling. If you want your glasses to be filled to the brim, double the recipe.
