INGREDIENTS

  • Cut to those desired shapes,

  • half boil nd

  • add salt to taste,

  • then cool,

  • separately make a marinate with sauces of uo choice,

  • blackpeer,

  • oil,

  • vinegar and mayo..

  • Then dip them in an oven and bake til golden brown

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Mix first five ingredients.
  • Cut each potato lengthwise into eight wedges; place in a parchment-lined 15x10x1-in. pan. Spritz with cooking spray; sprinkle with cheese mixture. Bake until tender, about 30 minutes.
