Day 5 of my Big Game Appetizers! These (Air Fryer) Crispy Hot Honey Chicken Bites are incredibly easy to make and OH MY WORD addicting !! Every bite is like an explosion of flavor, using Madhava Organic Creamed Honey and Organic EVOO.
Ingredients you’ll need:
- Chicken Breasts, skinless and boneless
- Eggs
- Milk
- Flour
- Italian Seasoning
- Panko Breadcrumbs
- Paprika
- Madhava Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Madhava Organic Creamed Honey
- Hot Sauce
- Chives, or chopped parsley
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Ranch, for serving
- Buffalo Sauce, for serving
How to Make Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Bites:
- Set up your battering station with three bowls.
- In the first bowl, beat the eggs and milk until smooth.
- In the second bowl, whisk the flour and Italian seasoning together.
- In the third bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs and paprika together.
- Carefully use kitchen scissors or a sharp knife to slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Dredge the chicken bites into the flour mixture, then the eggs, then the panko breadcrumbs. Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may have to work in batches.
- Drizzle generously with olive oil.
- Cook in the Air Fryer at 400F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy. (If using the Oven, use same cooking instructions.)
- In the meantime, combine the creamed honey and hot sauce in a small saucepan. Place over medium heat to help the honey become liquid.
- Toss the crispy chicken bites in the hot honey, chopped chives, and red pepper flakes.
- Enjoy warm with ranch dressing and buffalo sauce!
What to Serve with Crispy Chicken Bites:
- Buffalo Sauce
- Buttermilk Ranch
- Lemon Tahini Dressing
