1/2 lb of salami (Genoa or Sicilian; whatever you prefer)
1/2 lb of slicing provolone
1/2 lb of slicing pepperoni
1/2 lb of slicing mozzarella
1/2 lb of yellow or white American cheese
2 large onions, sliced
