* Ingredients :
☞ 450 g (1 lb) beef cubes for fondue bourguignonne
☞ 750 ml (3 cups) beef broth
☞ 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Chopped garlic
☞ 2 potatoes cut into cubes
☞ 2 carrots cut into small cubes
☞ 1 leek, thinly sliced
☞ 1 chopped onion
☞ Salt and pepper to taste
☞ 250 ml (1 cup) green peas

In the slow cooker, place all the ingredients except the green peas. Cover and cook for 7 hours 30 minutes to 9 hours 30 minutes at low power.
