Chorizo, eggs, and potatoes (My family’s Version)
1 Pack Chorizo (as shown)
5 Medium Potatoes
8 Large Eggs
1/4 Cup Milk
2 TBS Onions
Cook chorizo on medium high for 3-5 min. Reduce heat to low and add potatoes and cover stirring occasionally. Mix eggs and milk together and set aside. Once potatoes are soft add egg mixture and bring heat to medium. Cook until eggs are fully cooked.
Beans are from a can so just heat in a small pan on medium until hot.
Tortilla is store bought just place on comal and heat up.
Add queso freso as desired
