How to make air fryer harissa salmon
Just a few simple ingredients are involved in the sauce/ marinade.
In a bowl combine a tablespoon and a half each of the harissa spread and soy sauce or coconut aminos.
Then add a tablespoon of honey along with some garlic powder, cumin, and ground cinnamon.
Ingredients
2 salmon fillets (5 to 6 oz each)
1 1/2 tablespoons Harissa spread (use less if you have Harissa paste)
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup mayo
kosher salt, pepper
Instructions
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Combine the Harissa spread, soy sauce or coconut aminos, honey, garlic powder, cumin, and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir until combined.
Combine a few spoonfuls of the harissa mixture with the Mayo in a bowl and stir until combined. Brush the remaining harrisa mixture on all sides of the salmon.
Put the salmon in the air fryer basket. Sprinkle kosher salt and pepper over top. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
Let cool slightly and serve with the harissa Mayo drizzled over top.
