Recipe ingredients
This Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries recipe includes just 4 ingredients, and may be changed up with your favorite herbs and spices.
Ingredient notes
- Sweet potatoes. Use your favorite variety of sweet potatoes. Some varieties such as purple and Hannah sweet potatoes are higher in starch, so they will probably cook faster…keep an eye on them!
- Oil. For best results, use a healthy, high heat oil such as avocado, grape seed or coconut.
- Spices. I’ve used garlic powder and smoked paprika in this recipe, but you can change things up by using your favorite seasonings or herbs such as thyme, rosemary or Italian seasoning.
