** Aguachiles Verde**
1-2 lbs of uncooked shrimp peeled and deveined/butterflied
4-6 Serrano Chiles
8-10 lemons
1-2 bushels of cilantro
1 red onion sliced
1-2 cucumbers chopped up
2 Avocados sliced up
1-2 Tablespoons of Jugo (brand Maggies) you can find it in the mexican isle.
*Squeeze the lemon juice over the shrimp enough to cover the shrimp so it cooks in the lemon juice. If not all the shrimp is covered in the juice it’s ok just mix after about 5 minutes so it all gets to cook
