Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Avocado Fries

This two-ingredient snack, appetizer or side dish is a real game changer for avocado lovers when craving something decadent and delicious.

ingredients

2 ripe large avocados
1 (8 oz) package Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon

DIRECTIONS
Heat your air fryer to 400° F.

Cut each avocado in half and carefully remove the pit.

Carefully scoop out each avocado half from the skin, then slice each half into 4 slices. You’ll end up with 16 avocado wedges.

Cut bacon slices in half, and wrap one half around each avocado wedge.

Place in air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes, until bacon is crispy.

Remove from air fryer and serve with a favorite dipping sauce.
