- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 15 minutes
- Total Time: 25 minutes
- Yield: 4 1x
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound brussels sprouts, halved
- spray canola oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 5 slices center cut bacon
Instructions
-
place brussels sprouts in bowl and spray with a couple of spritzes of oil until just lightly coated
-
Toss with lemon pepper seasoning
-
stack bacon and cut strips in half lengthwise and widthwise so that each pieces becomes 4 pieces
-
wrap each Brussels sprout half with a piece of the bacon and place seam side down in air fryer
-
place in air fryer at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes depending on size of sprouts, checking every 5 minutes until tender
Notes
- check your lemon pepper seasoning for salt – if no salt included add 1/2 teaspoon
- you can often find bags of halved Brussels sprouts in the produce department as a time-saver, if not simply cut off ends and then slice and then remove loose outer leaves
- no need to secure bacon with toothpicks just wrap and place seam side down, it will shrink when cooking and stay on sprouts
