- 1 Pound ground beef
- 1 Teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ Teaspoon black pepper, coarse
- 1 egg
- ¼ Cup bread crumbs
- 4 Ounces cheddar cheese, block
- 1 Pound bacon, center cut
- 2 Teaspoon sesame seeds
