Air Fryer Bread Pudding — Delicious!!!!

Ingredients:
* 2 cups bread torn into pieces (stale is best if possible)
* 2/3 cup heavy cream
* 1 egg
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon
* 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

1. Pre-heat fryer to 350F
2. Use oven-proof bowl that fits in fryer (I used round Pyrex bowl) and spray inside bowl with cooking spray.
3. Mix torn bread and raisins and place in mixing bowl.
4. In a separate bowl whisk together cream, sugar, egg, vanilla and cinnamon until well mixed.
5. Pour over top of bread mixture.
6. Let sit 5 minutes until bread has absorbed mixture.
7. Bake in air fryer 15-18 minutes at 350 until center is baked.

I serve in a bowl hot with 1/4 cup milk over the top
