Air Fryer Broccoli And Mushrooms Recipe

Combining beefy Bella mushrooms and wonderfully rich shiitake mushrooms with fresh and earthy broccoli, these air fryer broccoli and mushrooms are a winning combination. You’ll love how this savory dish combines tastes and textures for a satisfying bite.

  • 4 oz Baby Bella mushrooms, quartered
  • 4 oz shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 pound broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut amino or low sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl or medium sheet pan, add the mushrooms, broccoli, garlic powder, olive oil, coconut amino or soy sauce, salt, and pepper and toss to combine.
  2. Add the mushrooms and broccoli to the air fryer basket and cook at 400ºF for 7 minutes; shake the basket or stir and cook for additional 7 minutes or until fork tender. Serve and Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use only one kind of mushroom if you prefer, or substitute the shiitake mushroom with oyster mushrooms or tempeh to keep the recipe plant-based.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days and reheat in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at 380ºF.
