Air Fryer Cashews

These Air Fryer Cashews are the best no oil is needed and done in less than 10 minutes. Golden brown and crunchy. Serve as a snack or use in your recipes. Store for a long time.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews whole
  • ¼ teaspoon oil (optional)
  • Salt to taste (optional)
  • Seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 325℉/162℃ for 3 minutes
  2. Put the cashew nuts in the Air Fryer basket
  3. If you want to use oil put the cashews in a bowl and drizzle a 1/4 teaspoon of oil on top of the cashews. You need very little oil to coat the cashews. Swirl the cashews to coat them with oil. Using oil will make salt stick better
  4. Cook the cashews for 6 to 8 minutes. Shake the basket halfway to brown all sides
  5. When they are golden brown take them out of the Air Fryer else extend the cooking time by a minute until golden brown. If you extend the cooking time shake the basket again before extending the cooking time
  6. When the cooking time is done take the cashews out of the Air Fryer
  7. Sprinkle them with salt or your favorite seasoning if you prefer not necessary. Shake the cashews to coat them with seasoning
  8. Let the cashew cool before serving.
