Air Fryer Cheesy Garlic Bombs are a great snack or side dish for the air fryer, easy to make but big on flavor and cheesy goodness

Ingredients

1 package crescent rolls
8 cubes of mozzarella cheese (mine were about an inch in size)
3 Tbsps melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley or Italian seasoning
kosher salt, pepper
Optional: pizza sauce for dipping

Instructions

Separate the crescent rolls into 8 triangles and lay them flat.

Put a cube of cheese in the center of each and wrap the crescent dough around the cheese, sealing all edges closed.

Put them in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 380 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes.

Mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, parsley or Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper. Brush the butter on the crescent rolls and put back into the air fryer for 2 to 3 more minutes.

Serve with pizza sauce for dipping if desired.
