Air Fryer Chicken And Frozen Vegetables

  • 1 lb chicken cut into pieces
  • 12 oz frozen vegetables any variety
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Prep the pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts by cutting it into pieces.
  2. Place chicken in a medium-sized bowl. Add frozen vegetables on top.
  3. Add olive oil, soy sauce, pepper, and garlic powder to a small bowl. Whisk up the ingredients to combine them.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Use a spoon to mix everything up and coat the chicken and vegetables in the sauce.
  5. Move seasoned chicken and vegetables to the air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, pausing halfway though the cooking time to mix up the chicken and vegetables.
  6. Once everything is done cooking, remove the basket from the air fryer and use a spatula to add chicken and vegetables to a serving plate or bowl.

Notes

  • You can use any variety of frozen vegetables that you like with chicken
  • No need to thaw the vegetables before cooking them in the air fryer
  • Feel free to use any combinations of seasonings or sauces you love on chicken
