Ingredients
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspooons pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
