Air Fryer frittata is great to serve for breakfast and lunch. A fast recipe made with eggs, a lot of vegetables and feta. Add your favorite ingredients.
Ingredients
3 eggs
½ cup bacon
½ bell pepper
1 small onion
1 scallion
4 mushrooms
3 cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoon feta
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the Air Fryer to 360℉/180℃ for 3 minutes with a cake barrel inside
In the meanwhile slice the mushrooms and scallion, dice the onion and chop the cherry tomatoes
Take a medium-sized bowl, break the eggs, and whisk. Add the vegetables to the whisked eggs
Add bacon to the cake barrel and close the Air Fryer for 3 minutes
Crumble the feta into the bowl and season the egg with salt and pepper
Take the bacon out of the Air Fryer cake bucket and add it to the egg-vegetable mixture
Wipe down the cake barrel. Add parchment paper to the bottom of the cake barrel
Pour the egg mixture into the barrel and cook for 15 minutes
Take the frittata out of the Air Fryer, put it on a plate or cutting board, and cut it into wedges
Serve immediately
