Mornings don’t get much easier than cooking frozen waffles in an air fryer! Pop up to 4 in there at a time and have a warm breakfast on the table in 5 mins!
Ingredients
2-4 frozen waffles
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 380F for 5 minutes.
Place 2-4 frozen waffles in the air fryer, making sure to leave space between them. You can cook as many waffles as your air fryer will hold at a time.
Air fry the waffles for a total of 2-4 minutes, or until your preferred degree of doneness. While we typically flip the food halfway through cooking, air fryer waffles are such a quick-cooking item, it wasn’t necessary since the air flow circulates to both sides.
Serve warm with butter, maple syrup, blueberries, whipping cream, or any of your favorite waffle toppings. Enjoy!
Notes
We used the Trader Joes frozen blueberry waffles for our frozen waffles in air fryer tests, but any brand will work.
Leave space in between the waffles and do not stack them in the air fryer.
If you’re cooking the larger Belgium style waffles you may need to add an extra minute or two to the cooking time.
Preheating the air fryer oven before you start cooking will help with consistent cooking and recipe results.
