Notes

I make this recipe in my basket style 5.8 qt Cosori air fryer. Depending on your air fryer, size and wattage the cook time will vary 2-3 minutes.

Temperature guidelines are as follows for a great cooked steak so use an instant-read meat thermometer or digital thermometer when air frying. For best results, to cook your perfect steak the internal temperature should read 120-125 degrees F for rare, medium rare 130-135 degrees F, medium doneness will read 140-145 degrees F, medium well 150-155 degrees F and well done will be 160 degrees F.

Consider an optional dipping sauce such as a decadent cowboy butter sauce, ranch dressing, a velvety cheese sauce, garlic, a few tablespoons of lemon juice, a sour cream mixture, or a blue cheese dressing.
