Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken

This extra-crispy chicken is ready in less than 20 minutes!

Ingredients

  • cup lite mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 thin-sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¾ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390 F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the mayo, mustard powder, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Make the breading: in a shallow dish combine the Panko breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
  4. Brush the chicken breasts on both sides with the mayo mixture.
  5. Coat the chicken breasts on both sides with the breading mixture. Shake off the excess.
  6. Air fry the chicken breasts for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
