In a small bowl, pour olive oil.

In a second small bowl, combine panko, parmesan, garlic powder, parsley and salt. Stir well.

Dip a pork chop in the olive oil to coat both sides. Transfer to panko container and coat both sides in bread crumbs, pressing down to make sure the crumbs adhere. Place in air fryer basket.

Repeat with remaining pork chops.

Place pork chops in air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray both sides with cooking spray.

Cook at 380 degrees for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
