AIR FRYER PIZOOKIE

This AIR FRYER PIZOOKIE is a fun dessert made right in your air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup red, white, and blue baking chips

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  • Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Beat again until batter is uniform.
    Add baking chips and mix again.
  • Press dough into a greased air fryer cake barrel pan.
  • Air fry at 340F for 13 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to 310F and bake for an additional 6 minutes or until center is baked through
