Air Fryer Poached Eggs

Make perfect air fryer poached eggs every single time. These poached eggs can be ready in only 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 eggs
  • cooking spray
  • 6 Tablespoons water
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chives optional

Instructions

  1. Take ramekins and spray with cooking spray. Add 3 tablespoons water to each ramekin.
  2. Add ramekins to air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees F for 7 minutes.
  3. Crack one egg into each ramekin and return ramekins to the air fryer. Cook at 360 degrees F for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Remove ramekins from the air fryer (using tongs or a potholder). Carefully run a silicone spatula along the edge of each ramekin to loosen the egg. Lift the poached eggs out of the water and place on paper towels to dry. Serve as desired.

Notes

Note: This recipe was made using 6oz ramekins

  • All air fryers cook differently. You may need to adjust cook times based on your air fryer.
  • If using a 4oz ramekin, try making with 2 Tablespoons water. If using a 6oz ramekin, make with 3 Tablespoons water.
  • Be careful not to break the yolks when removing the poached eggs from the ramekins.
  • If desired, place the poached eggs on a paper towel lined plate for 2-3 minutes before serving to dry off any water.
  • Fresh eggs work best when making poached eggs
