Ingredients
▢ 1 lb pork steaks (coppa cut recommended)
▢ 1 tablespoon pork seasoning (to taste)
Instructions
30 minutes before cooking, remove your pork steaks from the fridge so that they can warm to room temperature (it helps them to cook evenly). Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (205°C) for 5 minutes while you season your pork steaks generously with pork seasoning.

Once your air fryer has preheated, place the seasoned pork steaks in the basket making sure that they don’t overlap. Cook for 6 minutes before opening the basket and flipping the steaks.
After flipping, cook the steaks for an additional 6 minutes (*see note) or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove the pork steaks from your air fryer and place them onto a plate or cutting board covered loosely with a square of aluminum foil. Set the air fried pork steaks aside to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
