Air Fryer Ranch Chicken

Our Air Fryer Ranch Chicken is a quick & easy crispy breaded chicken recipe made with Italian style breadcrumbs and ranch seasoning! It’s ready in just 30 minutes and perfect for weeknight dinners!

  • 2 chicken breasts boneless & skinless
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F. Spray the basket with oil spray.
  2. Pat dry each of your boneless chicken breasts with paper towels and then slice them in half lengthwise to ensure that they have uniform thickness.
  3. On a plate, combine the ranch seasoning mix and Italian style breadcrumbs.
  4. Crack the eggs into a shallow dish and beat with a fork to mix.
  5. Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs and then coat each of them with the breadcrumb and ranch mixture. Make sure they are all evenly coated.
  6. Arrange the chicken in an even layer in the air fryer leaving space between each piece for air to flow. Spray liberally with oil spray.
  7. Air fry at 350°F for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and the internal temperature of the chicken is 165°F when checked with a meat thermometer.
  8. Once cooked, carefully remove the chicken from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise so they have an even thickness. They will cook through faster and taste better!

Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket when cooking the chicken. You may need to work in batches if you have a small air fryer basket.
