It’s not a secret that my Air Fryer is my most favorite kitchen tool. Food can be cooked faster and tastes so much better than in the oven. I think you are going to be loving everything about this Air Fryer Reuben Sandwich Recipe.
Ingredients
- Corned Beef
- Sauerkraut
- Swiss Cheese
- Thousand Island or Russian Dressing
- Rye Bread (I used regular, but marbled is commonly used)
- Butter or Oil
Instructions
- Begin by buttering the bread.
- Add dressing to the first piece of bread and add two pieces of cheese. Then layer the corned beef and sauerkraut. Top with a little bit more dressing and another slice of buttered bread. Add toothpicks so the bread doesn’t fly off while cooking.
- Cook in your air fryer at 390 degrees for 5 minutes. Then flip the bread over. The cheese should be on the top side now so it melts done on the other ingredients. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. Watch closely so it doesn’t burn.
