Serve these RITZ pepperoni pizza sandwiches with mozzarella cheese as a snack or party appetizer. The RITZ party cracker sandwiches will be a hit with everyone!

The secret to these pepperoni pizza RITZ sandwiches is that they are tossed with an Italian seasoning mix. The Italian seasoning mixture adds extra flavor to the crackers that you’ll taste with every bite.

Once the buttery seasoned crackers are filled with pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese, you get even more flavor that will have your mouth jumping for joy.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 60-round butter crackers
  • 30 slices pepperoni
  • 5 slices mozzarella cheese, cut into six rectangles

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 c butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 60 Ritz crackers
  • 30 slices pepperoni
  • 5 slices mozzarella cheese, cut into six rectangles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stir together the melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Arrange 30 crackers on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Top each cracker with a slice of pepperoni and a slice of cheese. Place another cracker on top.
  5. Brush the crackers with the butter mixture.
  6. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve immediately.
