This air fryer beef roast is a delicious main course for your holiday – or anytime! – dinner. You only need a few simple ingredients to create this flavorful roast, with a tasty rosemary crusted outer layer and a flavorful protein-rich interior.
Ingredients
2 1/2 – 3 pounds beef roast
1 teaspoon oil of your choice
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
30 minutes before you’re ready to cook, remove the beef roast from the frig and let it come to room temperature.
Drizzle the oil all over the roast.
In a small bowl, mix together the rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Season the roast evenly all over the the seasoning mixture.
Place the prepared beef roast in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove the roast beef from the air fryer. Let the roast rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
