A delicious recipe for Air Fryer Roast Pork. This is a great way to cook roast pork, as it’s so simple. This easy air fryer pork recipe is the perfect way to make crispy roast pork.
We love cooking pork in our new air fryer. It is a cheaper cut of meat, and it always tastes delicious when cooked with this machine! Air fryer pork is a simple entree that is mostly hands-off so you can spend the time preparing your favorite side dishes to go with it.

Ingredients

▢ 2.5 lb pork roast
▢ 1 teaspoon olive oil
▢ 1 teaspoon salt
▢ ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400. Spray basket with cooking spray.
Rub pork with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place pork into the air fryer basket. Cook for 30 minutes. Flip. Cook an additional 20 minutes or until 135-140 when checked with an internal thermometer. Because a crust forms on the outside the internal temp will continue to rise 10-15 degress when resting.
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
