Air Fryer Taco Bombs

Crispy biscuit dough filled with seasoned taco meat and gooey cheese. Perfect air fryer appetizer or dinner for the whole family!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 24 small cubes cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Add taco seasoning and continue cooking until meat is browned and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  2. Open the can of biscuits and separate the dough. Lightly roll or flatten each biscuit into a small circle.

  3. Place about 1 tablespoon of the cooked taco meat in the center of each flattened biscuit. Top with a cube of cheddar cheese. Pull the dough up and over the filling, pinching the seams tightly to completely seal the mixture inside.

  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.

  5. Place the sealed taco bombs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch. Air fry at 350°F for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Remove from air fryer and serve immediately while hot and the cheese is still melty. Serve with salsa, sour cream, or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  1. Use small cheese cubes instead of shredded cheese to prevent leaking during cooking.
  2. If the dough won’t seal properly, brush the edges with water or beaten egg to help it stick together.
  3. Brush with melted butter before air frying for extra golden, crispy results.
  4. These are perfect for taco night, game day, or any time you want a fun twist on tacos.
